To ensure the health and well-being of all of the dogs and cats staying with us at Barilla, it is essential that current Annual Booster vaccination certificates are presented before every visit. In addition, all dogs staying with us must also have an Infectious Bronchitis (Kennel Cough) vaccination certificate, to be presented upon arrival. We will also require information regarding the age and breed of each animal, any special dietary requirements and their vet contact details.
We provide bedding and feeding bowls, but you are welcome to leave bedding and toys with your pet, but please do not leave anything too precious or valuable! We do not allow beanbags however. If leaving medication for us to administer to your dog or cat, please make sure that the medication is in the proper packaging with full written instruction from your vet. We cannot administer medication that is provided in envelopes etc/with owners instructions. Medication is administered for a minimum weekly charge of £15 per animal. There is also a weekly Insurance Premium of £4 per animal which covers any injury or illness at the kennels, but does not cover any pre-existing or unrelated condition.
Dogs should be brought to the kennels as early as possible (but no later than noon) to allow them plenty of time to settle. Please do not feed your cat before travelling, as they will be fed upon arrival. Booking fees are charged per night, with check-out on the day of departure being 10.00am. Any animal being collected after 10.00am will be charged for that day of departure, as accommodation is allocated and cannot then be let to another animal.
